Common questions

How does the free trial work?+

Every new account starts on a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card required. You can use any of the analyses available on Pro during the trial. When the trial ends, pick a plan to continue, or your account pauses until you do.

Does each plan really have a hard analyses cap?+

Yes — the per-month analyses limit is enforced server-side. If you hit it, the extension shows a clear message and gives you a one-click upgrade. Caps reset on the first of every month.

What if I have more team members than my plan covers?+

We don't enforce seat limits in software at launch — the number listed is guidance for when to upgrade. If your team grows past that comfortably (say, a Starter shop running 5 people), please move to the next tier. Honor system, but the kind we expect you to honor.

Can I cancel anytime?+

Yes. One-click cancellation through the customer portal. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

Do you offer annual billing?+

Yes — switch to annual at signup or anytime from the customer portal. Annual is paid up front and works out to about 20% off vs paying monthly.

Will my Yelp conversation history be stored?+

No. Conversations are read from your Yelp tab, analyzed in real time, and the result is returned. We don't write the conversation text or the analysis to disk anywhere.
